Who I Supply

I am proud to supply natural and organic grocery stores and restaurants with whole steers. My customers purchase the steers and I work with the processing plant and the customer to ensure the highest quality cuts of beef.

I transport the steer from the farm to the processing plant and deliver the processed beef—at the end of the hanging period—direct to the customer. This allows me to ensure all quality protocols are observed and enables me to answer any questions that the customer or processor might have. There are times when the restaurant would like to know the history on a particular steer. I am able to tell them any facts pertaining to that steer from the day it was born, to which cow and on what pastures it grazed.

As of March 2019, I am proud to be associated with Greenacres of Wichita, KS. I am now supplying this great organic food market with my organic, grass fed beef. I have also just been awarded the USDA Grass Fed certification on April 3rd 2019. This confirms that I operate under the strictest of protocols for raising grass fed beef cattle.

As of June 2019 I am proud to be supplying Headshots Bar & Grill in Wichita, KS.

I was excited to be featured in the summer edition of "Connections," the magazine published by one of our customers The Merc Co-op, located on Iowa St., Lawrence, Kansas. My cow and her calf were the beautiful cover girls, and a great article explains more about my farm and the benefits of grass-fed - grass finished beef in general. The article is below.

I can sell steers to private customers, but you will need to contact me here at the farm for me to explain how to purchase.

Thank you so much for your interest in purchasing from Red Steer Farm.
